The meetings culminated in the signing of a joint venture agreement to build a BUGS manufacturing plant in Nigeria with substantial funding from the government of Nigeria. More details will be forth coming as the finalized agreements and time schedule are released.

Looks good to me...I added more the last 2 days. We should be getting the finalizing agreement in the near future.
