Sounds like the way it's worded that they are leaving the option of selling open. They might set it up for a potential buyer, to make it MUCH more attractive, that if the new buyer does a R/S they can benefit more.

Interesting addition, ct. It spills over from Frank's quote on the QBID website but I find it curious that they would put it up on the Bulletin Board. Perhaps it was in response to numerous questions they had received from investors. I guess next we will hear about the GMGA hosts and the OS count. Z
