Now THAT is funny.

Do you know what, exactly, the "Nth" event is? Is it when the final patient in the trial has finally "progressed"? I am not sure I have seen 100% confirmation of this (is it written in the SPA?). I am assuming it is....which is what triggered the 2nd interim.

Either way, if it is indeed the last patient that has "progressed", what happens if 10 patients, as an example, never actually "progress"? Do they stop and unblind the data? (they obviously can't go on forever).

Could Merck stop the trial right now if they think they have enough data? What, in your opinion, could or would cause Merck to unblind the data early?
