Until Dean starts to take personal responsibility and stops blaming the FDA we have no hope with him at the helm.

He assigned the patent to the company. His expertise ended up being worthless.
The company should move on, hire a real expert. and say goodbye to an expense (Dean) that will remain a liability if he is allowed to stay on.

It does not add up, if it is paper work they would give an extetion to file it, and it whould be over soon and approved.
