My gut tells me the same thing.

At the moment, my gut tells me that IDIX given the observations we have witnessed this last week is working a complete buyout.

If JPS left a sinking ship, one would think he would be selling shares as much as he could without capsizing the ship. On the other hand, if a deal were in the works, presumably he would have incentive to hold his shares at least until news is announced.

What are his reporting requirements if he chooses to sell shares? How soon would we know?
According to RMF in Oct, he owns 2,219,754 shares and 1,806,250 options, which amounts to control over about 4M shares out of 73M outstanding, a huge holding.
