The only good news is that we can't tank after the suspension is lifted since we're already at .0001, and that perhaps this will in fact spur more information to become available, whether good or bad.

I do wonder why it took the sec 9 months to issue this suspension, and it does seem odd that it coincidentally was timed with a pre-announcement that share structure was to be revealed this week.

CMKX: I think the MM's and naked shorts are pissed because they are going to release the o/s, and they have convinced the SEC to halt it to try to buy them more time. Might see a lawsuit here, and this could end up being the ultimate battle which finally puts an end to illegal shorting from now, hopefully.

Since you asked for opinions, I can tell you from looking at the SEC release that I doubt there is a short. Sounds like the company was just selling shares.

The Commission is concerned that CMKM Diamonds may have unjustifiably relied on a Form S-8 to issue unrestricted securities.

(The one BIZARRE thing I have found with this stock, and was one of the reasons that I DID buy it back, was that the SEC had never halted it. This trading of BILLIONS shares daily had gone on for at least 1.5 years; I believe I bought my first huge LOT at .0001 in September of 2003. The fact that the SEC never halted them led me to believe it was NOT a scam. Now, I see it as the SEC in BED with WHOMEVER! How many MILLIONS of dollars were brought into this that maybe now will never have to be answered for????????????? Things that make you go HMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM)
