If "nothing" happens before year end...

Oops. Too late... you've already lost.

CLYW is already in settlement talks with T-Mobile...

CLYW's attorney is already doing what needs doing, while taking Daic and Williamson to task...

Given the degree of risk vs the potential reward, simply the FACT that CLYW is sustaining this fight... when most thought that would not be possible... will likely keep share prices moving up for a while...

I don't think most here really have much of an appreciation for the nature of the ISSUES in the case... and, the more you study the facts... the harder it becomes to ignore the obvious.

If CLYW shareholders sustain the effort... they will win. Daic has known that for a long time... which is why his effort has been focused on trying to defeat the ability to sustain the fight... while avoiding the need to have the FACTS be considered fairly at trial...

I think the CLYW shareholders have the ability and the will to sustain the fight... however long it takes... and I think they will win...

I think we're closing in on addressing the questions, now, whether "winning" means something different for CLYW... than "losing" does for Daic and Williamson.

I expect you know the answer to that, too...

IMO, risk to be out of a fast, instantaneous, very big jump is more than buy at this prices and see 3/4 c in the future.

If CLYW will fall back to lower prices I'll close my position, not add or open one. Why buy if market sells ?
