I have no idea how Silverlight, Sears, XBox, Microsoft and QR codes come together to solve compensation schedules. I think it is the Silverlight that is throwing me.

What license deal are you referring to. Sears needed to get a license from Microsoft to promote the Kinect Xbox360?
