Don't know what planet it would be where what we see happening now would look like a "lack of progress"...
Maybe you could have made that argument stick (wrongly) back in the summer of 2008 when it wasn't at all apparent what, if anything, was happening, or what was going to happen as a result of it...
But, now ? I see SPECTACULAR progress occurring. We're at the point where things ARE happening... not just talking about what might happen IF we ever got there...
Thus far, I score it Markle 12, Williamson 0, on the basis of a touchdown, a field goal and a safety... and now we're waiting for Williamson to kickoff after the safety. It could turn into a romp... given it seems Williamson doesn't have a viable defense.
Of course, our focus might be different which might alter the perspective...
My focus here has always been on "winning" the game with these bozos... and I see solid progress being made on that front.
My opinion is that Williamson thinks he is much smarter than he is... and there is a point at which the good old boy network isn't going to be tolerant of the sorts of failures we see occurring here in serial fashion. They've been outplayed for the last three years... and now we're speeding along toward seeing the recognition events tied to those things that have happened already, as this contest has unfolded...
CLYW won this fight more than a year and a half ago...
Soon we'll see the proofs of that...
I think those who think a prior court judgment that was based on a fraud... is a judgment that isn't able to be re-visisted... have too little faith in the ability of the system of justice to see justice be done, and correct clear errors where they can be proven.
Maybe Butch is keeping a seat warm for his Buddy ?
