why would Berger say no partner with 534 until after final Rida data? What is the purpose of that? Isn't he basically telling the world there is really no reason to buy Aria right now because there is probably no significant news until possibly 5 months?

Maybe he just said the truth. Are you asking him not to disclose the partnership intention just to keep ARIA share price in the next a few months for speculation?
