"Material" is a very funny word in regard to Financial position. At this stage of the Game, "Material" is in the back of the bus.

Front and Center is Management's "Silence". And its this "Silence" thats creating the current uncertainty. Dog may be correct on this litagatiion issue, but management has released their opinions and assumptions regarding this point.

Sorry, but the current operating cash flow is the real problem. And shareholders ONLY get "we only have 1 month left Gang".

Dog is "watching" and I'm "listening" for any NEWS from Management. I just think potential investors' cash is also "listening".

Good point mm2. One has to wonder why there has been nothing but facebook chatter regarding sales, have seen nothing about CONTRACTS.
The technimed suit is certainly worthy of concern. The claims they have made look to me to to be valid ones. Of course ASRI denies all the allegations, perhaps a settlement will be reached soon and we can put any uncertainty behind us. One thing tjhough i think is certain, we can expect another S-1A is in the making! GLTY Dog
