SLJB Nevada was an empty shell.
It did not purchase Sulja Bros Ontario or Sulja Building Supplies.
Legally, there is NO link and none of the operations ever would have benefited SLJB.
The trucks belonged or were leased to one of the Ontario corporations.
The PR's were False and Misleading. Hence the Fraud charges and Steve's violations of the securities act.

Getting it? NO LEGAL CONNECTION ergo ... not SLJB's.
