Would be helpful to find some financials on this company-

Drilling down almost 2 miles before going horizontal is a very expensive undertaking.

It would also be helpful to know how quickly this formation declines in production.

The heavy oil they hope to produce in other formations requires steam,and that of course is even more capital intensive.
