Loan: also TRIT (water/air treatment) just got a LOC. So only 3 I am aware of who got a loan although there must be more.

TSTC - Since 3G/4G buildout would help spur domestic consumption(a main goal of the government), I bet the industry is receiving significant support via priority loans.
