SLJB Nevada NEVER acquired Sulja Bros. Ontario.
PV owned Sulja Building Supplies that continued Sulja Bros. Ontario's Harrow operations, not SLJB Nevada.
The name game was being played by PV to defraud.
Re-read the Amended Statement of Allegations and the Final Hearing.
The PR's were all BOGUS on this topic.
Sam's was bought and owned by PV.
Premium never opened in Calgary. PV got the inventory.

John Sulja Jr. had a minimal role and chances are that Sam operated his nominee account. Most likely all respondents confirmed this fact or he too would have been named.

Just fines, disgorgement and trading bans to come in Canada.

How did the sulja ontario trucks and inventory end up in Calgary as prd by our CEO Steve Suljas expansion plan snd the osc says that sulja Ontario was not part of of sulja Nevada? Why didn't the osc findings mention the acqusition of SAMs building supply? Why wasn't John sulja mentioned as a nominee account holder, when in fact he was? This story is far from over
