Yup Vol before price- good rule. I honestly think news will be out before 9:30 Monday and depending on it's content this could gap up over .45 cents and run- but if no news until later than yes maybe 20's be touched.
no telling right now, the chart is pretty shot resistance wise because honestly, there is none

.40 is a mental PPS that once broken people will be chasing it considering the O/S is roughly 230 million and the float is much less- we traded most of the float last week and the PPS does not reflect the VOL just yet.
