My claims are based on several years of first hand experience watching it happen and reading other peoples experiences as well...

There also is a wealth of information out there about Knight and UBS both having been named in MANY lawsuits and SEC investigations over the years alleging securities fraud and unfair market manipulation...etc...hence the reason for tighter restrictions in the small and micro-cap market...especially when it comes to short selling/covering..

Do some research on these 2 and you will see for yourself.

Don't get me wrong...the CEO's and upper management of these companies are just as bad if not WORSE in some cases..

Hopefully INIX will persevere and turn things around and become a winning stock/company free from all these games down here in Pinky land!

The worst part from all this nonsense is

I CANT SHORT THE SAME COMPANY... GRRRRRRRRRR!!! :)

Now, everyone knows much more "specific stock" manipulation happens on pink/penny stock message boards everyday than with the MM's!

Can't deny that!

The INIX board has been subject to it, without a doubt.
The fact that it is - suspected (sure) - the CEO of INIX had his instant message contact (minimalized) window shown (screenshot) on the actual board in numerous (now missing) posts, Id have to say it is suspect the company may have been aware of a possible conflict and manipulation. Yet to scrutinize the company (INIX) or posts concerning INIX on this subject is a no no.
More manipulation.

If you are in INIX as an investment and not a flip, then just step away for the weekend. It's tough to see a dip like this however it is understandable based on the way the release went down. However, once the Level 2s are added and once the Beckman news is out, the pps will bounce back. Whoever is getting these cheap shares will be very pleased soon.

Anyone pleased yet? L2's have come and gone... Beckman news/results almost about to be released 8+ mos later.

and I since I have been beta testing the Level 2s, I know you will see the proof on Thursday.

Fanclub shrinking?????

PLAINVIEW, NY, Sep. 1, 2010 (Marketwire)

iFinix Corp. recently held a Board of directors meeting to address methods to enhance shareholder value and to regain shareholder confidence. Although a stock buyback was discussed, the board determined that deploying funds to accelerate the company's growth, rather than buyback its shares, was in the best interest of the company and its shareholders.
As a result the company's authorized shares will be increased to facilitate the forward stock split. The dividend will be issued to shareholders of record as of September 10th, 2010 (the "Record Date"). Additional information will be released once FINRA approves the terms of the dividend.

Discussed a buyback? With what money? Nice.
"Authorized shares will be increased to facilitate the FS"....
+ 124 million. (that was recently posted thru opinion/hearsay, a requirement by FINRA).... Nicer.

Now what? just because iFinix Capital may soon be launched investors are supposed to be excited? Maybe the hint of "some investor/s" wanting to "transfer all their inix shares to iFinix capital" will make the investors secure? All this, as no one yet knows the "Fee Structure" asssociated to the "capital division"
Can "iFinix capital" offer the same dicounted fee's as the dicount online brokerages? Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm?

PLAINVIEW, NY, Feb. 25, 2010 (Marketwire)

iFinix will have three separate client bases representing a "captured audience" with which to cross-market the company's cutting edge trading software products, therefore generating additional revenues for its fourth division iFinix Software.

iFinix Software: Close encounters of the 4th kind? AHAHAHAHAHA.....

Right now, the only "new shining light" has been the managed division per Q2 report with no descriptive breakdown given for
"managed" revenue.

As I posted before, the investors can rest easy knowing the company will have enough cash (shares) to continue operations into the future.
