the share count wont be lower till this thing is over .15cents that said the testing will have to be the first thing my guess and funding wont be till just after that but i could see funding and test went well at the same time, AS reduction relisting and comming with sec filings will come after the funding and and and good test results the paper work stuff may even be after the announcement of the start up of the mill paper work being the not nessarery to start mining and the ezest thing to get done
