I would have to agree with you... the things people will do...

this domain was just bought and setup on 1and1 hosting account last month..
so unless this company is 1 month old it would definitely be a fake!

There is a good reason why financial compensation agreements are legally required to be disclosed, and that reason is to inform the market about conflicts of interest that certain parties may have. So, I take these information as what it is - someone is informing me that they get paid to promote and intend to sell.
