I think PR was just a warning to brokers and MM's that the price needs to be adjusted to reflect 180M OS (80M float) with the assumption that the share exchange was already completed. I think the share exchanges were done by insiders only not retail traders like us since we didn't own the majority of the OS anyway so the share reduction was accomplished through share exchange by insiders and CEO only. So, it is possible that the true OS is just 180M with 80M in float and the pps needs to be adjusted accordingly. You will start to see the pps adjustment shortly to reflect the current OS of 180M and 80M float
