I am also with Scottrade and as you stated, following Friday close of business ( October 22, 2009 ) my account reflected ZERO balance related to FFGO.
Of interest to all holding this position (FFGO) in their portfolio(s), I just got off the phone w/ Scottrade to again get update re: trading and/or lack of of Fortress. I ask my broker for an "idea" where my sell order was in line? Earlier this week he said 300 million shares ahead of me......
However, he revised that statement to inform me that is ONLY Scottrade sell orders...He called the back office, who made another call, and later informed me the current "sell" for all brokerage houses is determined to be consolidated at around 1.4 billion!!!!
He then went futher to remind me of the .00000 bid and .00001 ask, to suggest "best of luck!"
It would be helpful to know if others (TD-Ameritrade, e-trade, etc.) brokerage houses are able to confirm the amount of shares waiting to sell.
