What odds (%) are you placing on a successful Phase 3 SUCCEED trial which meets the pre-defined endpoints as determined in the SPA?

More than 50% less than 100%.

what would you attribute as the reason for not meeting its pre-defined endpoints.

Sorry but I think it's a rather pointless exercise given that we will know one or the other soon enough.
