What kind of "consequential actions" are you referring to that will kick in on a dead company where all shares are wiped out?

Whether you place whole or partial blame on NSS is not the point. The point is that there is no NSS whatsoever, and as those who believe there is NSS continue to believe that lie, they will be prey for the next scamming thief that comes along.

I have to wonder though, how many really believe there is an NSS in SPNG? Because none of you have made the commitment to collect money and start a thorough investigation to prove your point.

ok, lets say some rogue market maker naked shorted spng
why would they not cover? (since they figured out spng was a scam)
and would crash. The exposure is huge and the fines are very serious - according to the company ( mosky the liar ) the company only had 700+ million shares outstanding .. but the SEC and the TA .. both agree there are 3 BILLION issued and outstanding by the company ( All issued by mosky & meeter the liars )

there would have been no problem for the shorts to cover right after the suspension ..

this wild idea of billions and billions and billions of NSS are just crazy -

the hype of NSS is the one and only excuses offered daily on just about every high volume penny stock trading .. with a worthless PPS and a huge amount of shares on the market .. most have little to no revenue and book losses ( if they even file )

penny stocks are known pump and dumps and scams - any broker will tell you that .. plus the SEC, the BBB , the attorney general, NASD, OTCBB, DOW and anyone with any common sense .. to stay away from them ...

SPNG is the new poster child stock for people to see and learn from about these worthless pennies
