Not just a history of Reverse Splits but also of closing one company down and opening a new one. This was done with Muller remember? Nothing to stop them from making all kind of promises of no reverse splits on THIS company but then letting the company die like they did with Muller and Reverse Splitting the crap out of the new company. This company alone has gone through several name changes. This guy isn't suddenly going to suddenly change his ways. He is going to do what he has always done, he will just find a new way to do it. How long have you been holding the bag on this thinking it is going to turn around?

800K worth? LOL. Please understand that just because you SPEND 5 million on a movie doesn't mean it is WORTH 5 million. It is worth what the market is willing to pay for it. Ask him how much the movie made in theaters and through these sales. Not bs future projections. The movie has been released for a couple of years now. Ask how much is has made in CASH. How much has it made in real revenue in the past two years. Hell, don't even ask Net, just ask how much it has Grossed. THAT is what the company is worth. I bet it has made 50K TOTAL if they were lucky. 800k? LOLOLOL Making more than $5 million spent and making a profit? LOLOLOLLOLOLOOLOL

Is this really a pump? Mmmh, we have only approx. 20m shares out! Could it be that somebody is buying IMPN for 200k USD (market cap at 0.01)?

Look back what I wrote before...

1. OS share count is 20m! Fixed for 5years (from April 2008 until April 2013) because of statement in REG-D offering filed with the SEC in April 2008.

2. SIIR production company has to pay the first 1.7m USD in revenues of the feature film 'Say it in Russian' to Imperia. This is because Imperia financed most of the film costs. Also filed in the April 2008 REG-D offering.

3. IFLM is new listed on the OTC-QB since summer 2010. It will reanimate business of IMPN. Most likely it will be the trigger for IMPN.

This thing will wake up...and can easily fly to 2-10m USD market cap only with normal speculation. This would be 10-50cUSD or still up to 1200% from current PPS. It is only a matter of time when it will be detected by the market. Some times a company needs a deep sleep because of a bad past. And this company has a bad past (reverse splits!). But look carefully at point 1.
