IMO Colorado Goldfields has worked very hard and has to much riding on this to not succeed. 31 more ?s they will do it as they always have (1298 Documents and counting) and get the Permit Approval.
Whether any investor here decides to Buy, Sell or Hold is their decision and their decision alone and no one here will try to take that decision away from them.
On another note your shares can only be borrowed if you have a margin account not a cash account.
The only way to keep your shares from being borrowed is to contact your broker or brokerage firm
and tell them that you do not want your shares to be borrowed and they will take them out of the borrow pool.
