Correct, those are all valid points...
1. Yes, that appears to be one of the hundreds of thousands of small businesses that never did anything.
2. Put in any CEO's name of a shell company and you'll see the same the majority of the time.
3. They are a private company with current business licenses, current SOS, and current contractor licenses in CA. That's all I can find, but beings they've been in business in the same city, maybe that's all they need.
4. An update here is all they need to do to clear the air, everyone is waiting for this
This will all be moot if Adavco isn't the company that the merger is planned for.
