Yea, the float is higher than most of us would like it to be. However, I personally know several people that own huge chunks of the float. I won't give numbers but they own a LOT of shares that are locked until well into pennyland. And they are all good people who would never want to harm the stock and will sell in a way that makes sure they do not harm the PPS.
You can tell once we get into teens-.002s that this definitely trades like a stock with half the float. It's just; at these prices, it's waaaay too easy for a flipper to make a quick buck in this channel with just a tick or two. Once we get out of this channel it's really not too hard to move this stock. Look back at the chart at when we ran to .0023 we had a TON of volume to get us into the teens but look how little it took from there.
