HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Tombstone Technologies (OTCBB:TMCI) announced last week that it completed a business combination transaction with Hunt Global Resources Inc.

The company plans on changing its name in the future to Hunt Global Resources, Inc.

Tombstone Technologies/Hunt Global Resources offers sand and gravel for infrastructure and industrial uses, including frac sand for the oil & gas industry. The company additionally offers the production of biofuels and cleaner burning industrial fuel technology.
