In processing this information - everyone in pinks will knee jerk and sell if they see a lot of dillution. Sometimes, as is the case here, the timing can be awful. Not to sound graphic, but the chart before this was a developing baby. Now--it's aborted. Any talk now of reaching true shareholder value in terms of PPS sounds a little too little, too late, huh?
The DD I presented did in fact say they needed money. What wasn't clear that they had the clear disregard in destroying what could've been a good run to dillute less to receive the same amount of money.
Company itself seems honest and in a great industry--but I don't need to learn any lessons here to see what happens when a company sell shares excessively--they kill investor confidence and PPS.
