Southern Man, an STP official went public some months ago saying EEL was to pay $2mn and $2.5mn signature bonuses for its two EEZ blocks.

They're also on record saying they planned to keep sig-bonuses low to attract interest.

How could you even guess?

Heck, ERHE and it's partners began drilling about a year ago and still have not been able to announce the drilling results. How in the world could you guess at what unexplored blocks are worth?

Southern Man, unless somebody actually drills some wells and starts producing oil/gas, the blocks are worth zero. LOL
