Yep, happens all the time.

I often see this and wonder wth are they doing. IMO, anything at the bid is a sell and anything at the ask is a buy.

A good solid answer is to be found. I know I have read about it before many times but am on lunch and my sushi awaits. Can someone find a better explanation? I need one too.
