We went over this a while ago. Many sites use Edgar and Thompson as their sources, or from the most recent financial filings, which in AVTI's case was 2008. It took me all if 15 seconds to confirm the share structure number you speak of are from that filing.
The ibox, and pinksheets.com have an updated number as of a few months ago. Since 2008, Gelmon has issued 600 million share without showing a product or posting a cent of revenue. That is his salary. The company sells stock to pay him. If you read this, or any other SEC filing in it's entirety, you will find this to be common practice.
You will find that Brittania Law Firm is retained as cousel for most of Gelmon's companies. Gelmon's BNYN pays $10k a month which comes from that company's only product, the sale of stock. Brittania Law Firm is made up of Cory and Michael Gelmon, and shares office space with BNYN, SSHS, and Proteus Offshore Fund which you can also find in many filings as a 'lender'.
I hope those facts help, they are in the SEC filings.
