This PR is nice, and probably a good co. to acquire, but means little to the overall picture; and the SP reflects that.
Steve really needs to clear the air and answer many tough questions that have investors nervous. The biggest thing right now is that damn audit; he has got to release that thing.
If the audit validates everything that Steve has been saying, and there are no 'mistakes' (refering to un-audited version) this thing will move.
W/out that, he can release all the pr's in the world and it will do nothing.
