I really wouldn't be surprised if we get to the 3rd Q filing and find the O/S is about 15-17 billion. We still have about 3 weeks to go for the filing, and you know he's going to file the extension so he can dilute a little more. Its a shame since if they could get the S-1 filed they hopefully wouldn't need to dump so much more. Its been about a month since the news of the Deal with AGS but no filing, more secrets and deception by EV. When will he ever realize that untill he updates the shareholders more often and completes things he's never going to get the right support to reach his lofty goals.
