CHNC has already applied for an uplisting according to today's filing -

Our Common Stock is listed on the OTC Bulletin Board and trades under the symbol "CHNC." On October 11, 2010, the closing sale price of our Common Stock was $2.50. We have applied to have our shares listed on the NASDAQ Global Market and NYSE AMEX under the symbol “CHNC”.

I think CHNC could easily double once they uplist .... I've been accumulating shares on the weakness. PE is barely over 2 based on EPS of $0.31 in the latest quarter. Super cheap !
