Thanks for posting this!! I noticed on line 11 that the min. investment is $5000 and also on line 14 that so far 2 investors have purchased. Am I reading this wrong or is this a private placement of shares not going thru market.

Maybe someone smarter than me can answer this.

BTW - I am sincerely sorry that you took a lose on this and GLTY in the future..
