#2758 RE: MNYC #2705

MNYC, to answer your question...

Who knows? SNEY may not ever get to a dollar, but with the property they have just acquired, it definitely has the potential to do so especially since the acquisition is even better than what I thought as it took far less shares to acquire the company. I used a worst case scenario mindset and the PR stated a much better case scenario for what was actually consummated.

I was told by the company that they are not going to do any reverse split and was asked why would they do a reverse split when they just did a forward split a little while ago. I believe they could get in trouble with FINRA and the SEC if they were to do a reverse split. They wouldn't be allowed to do a reverse split even if they wanted to even though they don't want to.

The company believes that its valuation from the acquisition will carry them to some serious highs and stabilize there because of how easy it is for them to access the gold. I was also told that the financing that they are working on will not be dilutive at all. Look for more news soon in my opinion.

With the post below, because of the potential to be made in Net Profit, the amounts mentioned exist as potential because of its Outstanding Shares (OS), which I suspect is even lower than what I thought it to be, justifies that amount:

Again, that’s if those amounts of Revenues are obtained. Because of how easy it will be for them to retrieve the gold from the ground, I like our odds. Even if you were to use a 25% Net Profit margin, it would still be valued way over a dollar. Still, for that to happen, the market has to realize this and not just you or I. So far, I think SNEY is getting more and more noticed as this could be something beautiful in the makings to achieve these considerations.
