Looks like Ken's preparing the market for something...

Maybe they're putting out a more detailed plan for Kat Gold (i.e. Phase II and III), because they're going to raise capital by selling some shares. They certainly did not have to put out that amendment, unless this has something to do with the coming S-1 filing and us getting our shares. So, it looks like they're "making the case" for why one should invest in Kat Gold. I think we should expect some big news in the very near future ;)

They could raise $10 million just by selling 50 million shares at $0.20/share (a discount compared to where it's currently trading), or sell 20 million shares at $0.50/share

A total expenditure of $10M is anticipated to be required to implement all of the phases, with approximately $6.5M required in order to
implement the next two phases of delineation drilling contingent on the success of Phase II exploration.

Of course, they could offer the shares at a higher price (< $0.50), but to be honest, I wouldn't mind if they did sell shares anywhere between $0.20 and $0.50...would add a nice touch to my account balance.
