They are "just" today's short volume compared with today's total volume. Can;t tell if shorts wer covered by the daily list. Although, when short volume is over 50%, there is no way 100% shorts covered. A short sale to one MM whom is trying to cover a short position closes out one short position, but leaves another one open.
