And if you are not happy with the reported Outstanding Shares of 134.2M then I suggest you contact ETRADE, Zecco, TD Ameritrade, MSN, should I go on? And tell them they are all reporting incorrect information.

As for me, I tend to believe the brokers, I would tend to think they know what they are reporting.
