Too answer your question, honestly...HESG is a Shell in all sense and purposes. A good scenario for a R/M, it does take time to merge any company into a shell, as most of you know.

Don't get me wrong, i have seen shell's come back to life after being dormant for year's....HESG is no different.

We are the one that make or break a stock.
