sell now and buy back for 5 is a good strategy. but if you are the only seller, you can't get them for 5....

The shares aren't cheap.

* No website
* A Gelmon is involved
* No proof an actual JV exists
* Previous PR'ed events didn't happen
* NIR GROUP is owed $7M+
* Caveat Emptor "buyer beware" label
