I think you're 100% correct. Once the offering is complete, we should see the pps jump back to market value (and beyond), which I'm estimating at $4.10.

The shock is wearing off for me so I can now operate back in my more optimistic mode. (aside, not aimed at smeagol) I add, not one person on this board predicted the trading event of that offering, not one. Any goading about who was more correct is discussing the chances of putting a man on the moon. It happened already.

My initial shock was combined with disappointment in that the cash would be seen as very temporary, and the dilution would take us to around $3.60.

smeagol, I think some folks thought the offering price was a real gift (as were the others), and are trading in thinking the real value is higher. Wherever we go after the deal closes will, of course, be the real value. While it will be much higher at some point, the rate of ascent will be a matter of pure speculation. We could get traded quite a bit until some news comes out.
