I agree with EVERYTHING you just said.

Think about it: how many times did he insinuate there would be no dilution and '534 would be funded with a partnership? And, in typical, pump & dump fashion, on the same day of the Endo news (LOL) he dilutes 14%. This isn't the first time (probably the 5th time). And, how much do you want to bet when he does partner '534, its a "global" deal much similar to the Merck deal.

Ariad would be much better off without Berger. Period.

And Ed Fitzgerald? He's just a puppet of The Harv, scared to death of going against anything The Harv says: remember, Laurie Allen? She went against The Harv and got canned (as did others).

The problem with The Harv is that, in the times I have spoken with him, he is steered by his politics (when I spoke with him he complained about this Administration and this and that and this and that - he thought it was prudent LAST dilution to do the price where they did it because he thought the Administration would kill the market). I think the Harv is a puppet of the I-Bankers and is persuade very easily.

How you all can defend Harvey Berger with what he says and what he does in his actions, boggles my mind.. Why you all stay so loyal in just unbelievable. He has said the same thing, and did the opposite for TWO of THEIR COMPOUNDS now. Ken Lay had a following all along as well.. I guess it's called the hope gene.. As for me, I'm ashamed to be an investor in this company.
