I've noticed that most penny's are not moving and in fact have fallen to new lows.Dilution helped bring this down alot,but I believe it was heavily shorted by the MM's and is now being cellar boxed.

Hopfully the penny cycle starts to swing upward soon.If the dividend comes through and they sell the piccaso and maybe they finalize the deal with Luxor we can get out of triple zero's. A RS will certainly get us out too but we don't want that. I for one realize the utter failure so far by EV in completing deals which he purported to be done via pr's but at this point being down 99 percent I've got nothing left but look for the positives.
