I HIGHLY doubt Obama is going to challenge the vote if it passes. If he does though then people can use that directly against him. CA has a budget deficit and this is by far the smartest way to close it. Once marijuana is legal then hemp is default legalized again and that right there is worth a YES on Prop 19. IMO
