what did the 2 insiders get for their "reinvestment" when they sold shares in the open market a couple of months ago in order to reinvest into the company? why is that not disclosed? this is wrong, very very wrong since it is an insider transaction and it is most likely a material event, imo.
by the way, I do get it...the stock can rally, but these people do not provide full transparency and disclosure as is evidenced. so imo, sell any rally (if one comes)... here is their work:
