Float, Shares issued, shares authorized, dilution are all part of the game. We must have a float over 300 to 400 million and over 500 million authorized. The company can issues up to 19 billion. The debt is panicking over the share drop and are converting to shares and dumping before the company screws them. The company has to convert aat lower and lower prices and stock falls because of a cycle of dumping and more issuance because of lower pricing. Confidence has left this company ravaged and a new reverse split will have to take place.
