They will sign an ex-us deal with NVS or SNY - that will get them to the next phase of trial for 534. right now they have more then enough money to show 534 works for the T15.. mutation. Thats all they realy need at this point

Sometimes you have to take the stuff comming out of Harvey with a grain of salt. I don't believe for one minute this stuff about going it alone.
What they have achieved is the ability to negotiate a deal later on in the process when they can get more favorable terms, if the drug appears to work as advertised.
