When you state the 3rd Quarter numbers are going to be much better than expected I am thinking two ways one sarcastic like when I have such low expectations anything above having to barrow the same amount from YA is "better then expected"
Second is, what for Neo is better then "expected"? WHAT are us here really "expecting"? Yes one day to say we have some kind of deal with income. I know we have been in the "Just wait until next year mode" but do we really expect a positive 3Q or are most on board for 3Q may still be a wash BUT 4Q is the one where we can't lose?
